  • Shipping fee will be paid upon the delivery of your order/s to the rider of the courier of your choice (GGX/ Same day courier).

  • Only returns due to size exchanges, wrong items and damages are accepted within seven (7) days after receipt.
  • All requests for return and exchanges are subject for approval.
  • By submitting a return/ exchange order form, the customer agrees to pay for additional courier fees.
  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, unaltered with labels/tags & in their original packaging.
  • Promotional items are not eligible for returns/ exchanges.

  • Washing & drying w/o the use of machines will best extend the life of your garments.
  • Avoid ironing directly on the print/ design.
  • The cloth underneath the embroidery keeps the design intact and will dissolve over time.
